We offer refunds for:

  • Items that were sent incorrectly
  • Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. To get the ball rolling, drop us a message at support@elevationattitude.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue — we're a friendly bunch and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
